AVOCADO SANDWICH

1  avocado

1  tomato sliced 

1  loaf of French baguette bread

2 pinches of various sprouts 

a dash of lemon pepper

a dash of celery salt 

Avocados are a great source of potassium, magnesium, vitamins C, E and K, as well as several B vitamins. Some vitamins, such as A, D, E and K, are fat soluble, meaning that your body absorbs them with the help of foods high in fatty acids—like avocado

Fresh Artichoke Pizza

RECIPE OF THE WEEK


ARTICHOKE PIZZA

½  teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

1  lemon, halved

2  large artichokes

5  tablespoons olive oil, plus more for baking sheet, and add Kosher salt, ground pepper

1  pound prepared pizza dough, room temperature, divided into 4 pieces

2  8 oz. balls burrata, torn into 1" pieces

¾ cup green olives (such as Castelveltrano), pitted, very coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves

Certain compounds in artichokes have antispasmodic properties. This means that they can help stop muscle spasms common in IBS, balance gut bacteria, and reduce inflammation
